• At least two (2) event planners providing a minimum of 8 hours of day of service

• A minimum of 1 in person meeting prior to your wedding or event

• Timeline creation, with distribution 1 week before event to all vendors
• Communicate with all vendors and confirm their arrangements

◦ Full gap analysis on your wedding, we will go through your timeline & floor plan together to make sure nothing was overlooked and that everything flows as it should
◦ Oversee all of your vendors and their setups and handle all the logistics during the day
◦ Set up and take down all your personal items such as place cards, guest book, and favours
◦ Reserve seats for family and manage any special requests if needed
◦ Organize wedding party and family for processional/recessional
◦ Cue the musicians and all attendants for the ceremony
◦ Oversee the wedding timeline and make sure your event runs smoothly and on time

This Package is often referred to as "Day of Coordination" and it was created for the couples who have it all figured out! We join in on the fun two weeks before your wedding date to ensure there are no potential red flags. You’ve planned the perfect day and we come in and bring it all to life! We completely take over to ensure a smooth day.

You’re the couple that loves planning but would still like some assistance along the way. We fully take over 2 months before your wedding. We can assist with vendor selection and floor plans; we also build you a very detailed timeline to ensure no stone is left unturned. We will be available should you have any questions along the way and will offer any recommendations you require.

What is the main difference between the full planning package (Wild & Grand) and the other packages?
A decor company owns, brings and sets up their decor as per your curated vision that you have planned with them (and honestly often planned with our assistance as well!). Then they come pack it all up and take it away for you at the end of the night! They save you hours of your life sourcing your own decor and trying to create a room that flows together. However, they do not plan, they provide decorations.
Wedding planners are small businesses with a lot of expenses and have a capacity for how many events/weddings they can reasonably take. (As much as we would love it, we can’t be in two places at once). A typical wedding takes well over 300 hours to plan, if you divide that by the living wage in BC.. it does not seem so outrageous.
Additionally, We bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table, and can save you time, stress, and potential headaches. Wedding planners do come at a cost, they can be a valuable investment in the overall success of your wedding. Your wedding is one day, you have spent a lot of time and money preparing for this day, there is no re-do, in our humble opinion its important to hire a professional.
