Once your vendor team is in place, we step in and guide you through the final two months. We’ll create a detailed timeline, design your floor plan, and make sure every logistical detail is handled. You’ll have access to us for any questions, support, or vendor recommendations you may need.

This package is often referred to as “Day-of Coordination”—designed for couples who truly have it all figured out. You know what you want, you’ve booked your
vendors, and you have a clear vision for how your day should unfold.
We join the party two weeks before your wedding. During that time, you’ll brief us on
your carefully curated plans, and then you can relax and enjoy the final countdown
to your big day. You’ve done the planning—we’re here to bring it all to life seamlessly.
